Using our exceptional preparation kitchen we can produce delectable dishes, ready to be constructed onsite, or we can transport all equipment to your venue to create our tasty dishes from scratch.
Freelance Services
Working closely with restaurants, hotels and catering companies, we allocate highly qualified, passionate & reliable staff for both short and long term contracts, covering front and back of house, from commis to head chefs & waiters to shift leaders, offering competitive rates for both clients and staff. All staff have a minimum of level 2 food hygiene and food allergen certificates. Invoiced on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Festivals & Events
The most recent extension of our business, delivering our own style of delicious street food in the form of slow smoked meats and vegetables, from our fully refurbished 1960s Rice horsebox catering trailer. Taking bookings for music & food festivals, street food events, large parties & weddings.
