Greedy Mare Smoke Shack
Borne from an idea and inspiration back in 2020, Lead Chef, Matt Brown, purchased a 1960’s Rice horse trailer with the view to convert it into a street food catering trailer to service festivals and the local community. Due to the subsequent pandemic and the huge hit on the catering industry, those plans were put on hold.
Finally after 2 years, the restoration and conversion was completed and with the installation of our custom designed portico style BBQ smoker, built by Midwest BBQs, the Greedy Mare Smoke Shack was ready to light up the street food scene.
